Payment Methods/Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods/Rates

To prevent your order from melting/altering during shipping we offer the following shipping methods:

Priority Shipping (est. 1-3 business days)
Expedited Shipping (est.1-2 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's weight and shipping location. Shipments are sent out Monday-Wednesday to ensure your package is not delayed due to weekend closures. We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. Return & Refund

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to help. We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 3 days of delivery. A refund or return will only be initiated if products are not received as advertised. To initiate a return, please contact us by email to obtain a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
